Alternative rock
An unusual and in a way colorful alternative rock with a touch
of metallic coating. Quality blue music for those who like the kind.
I wouldn't say the album has any Genre Forefather cliches, but it's
nothing brand-new either. 1980-ies GENESIS meets THE CRANBERRIES meet
PINK FLOYD on the musical department with a trace of CHRIS DE BURGH
in the vocal section. Ringing guitars, tunes a-minore, rather a simple
but still quite curious structure and a good deal of sentiments. Would
be an excellent thing in the radio context. The last number is called
"Stalingrad Theme" (I mean, after hearing DARK LUNACY, who already
paid the tribute to the great WW2 battle a couple of years ago, I
am getting perplexed at the Italians' particular interest in this
city…) - anyway, it's not any different from any other song on the
record just another sad tune, but it does sound a bit heavier. (St.Ded)
